Capturing the magic of Austria’s fabled winter balls (colloquially known as the country’s fifth season), our festive celebrations at The Delaunay take inspiration from the shimmer of gilded ballrooms, the joy of live music, crisp Alpine evenings and the charm of long-cherished rituals.
Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
Nodding to Vienna’s beloved classical music culture, a four-piece string quartet from our own Royal Philharmonic Orchestra recreates the magic of the Austrian Waltz from 7pm during the below dates, culminating in a special performance on New Year’s Eve:

Fifth Season Cocktails
Evoking the extravagance and elegance of the traditional Viennese balls, our limited-edition serves, named for evocative elements associated with this still- treasured ritual, are designed to transport and delight.
Carols with the cast of TINA
On 21st December at 6pm we are delighted to be holding a carol concert with our neighbours at the Aldwych Theatre – the cast of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical. Join us in the salon for a touch of pre-Christmas magic. The concert is in partnership with Crohn’s & Colitis UK, do feel free to donate below. Over at The Counter
Each Friday in December during the run-up to Christmas, musical additions, from a Bavarian band to traditional carols, inject a sense of relaxed festivity at The Counter from 5.45pm onwards – the perfect accompaniment to light meals, hot chocolates or a festive mulled wine or two.
