Spring Menus
Seasonal menu additions
Inspired by our Grand European café roots, we’re spotlighting fresh flavours and limited-edition ingredients, available from 1 April.
New dishes inspired by the changing seasons include Artichoke, Black Olive & Ricotta Tart; Confit of Duck with tender stem broccoli and lyonnaise potatoes, and the return of a classic with our Lemon Sole Grenobloise.
Meanwhile, at The Counter, plates including Emmental Cheese, rocket, cornichons & mustard relish ciabatta, Minted Pea Soup with lemon oil and Croque Provençal offer a relaxed taste of the season.

A Taste of the Mediterranean
Inspired by holidays in Southern France, this dish captures the bright, sun-soaked flavours of the Mediterranean. Fresh sea bream meets citrus, fennel, and a hint of chilli, while grapefruit adds a refreshing balance. Light, vibrant, and elegantly simple—just like the seaside markets that inspired it.
Seared Fillet of Mackerel
A new favourite here at The Delaunay, this dish reflects Head chef Maciej’s childhood visits to the seaside, where freshly caught mackerel was served simply. The pickled vegetables add a modern twist, inspired by techniques Maciej learned ‘during my early days in the kitchen’, creating a perfect balance of tradition and innovation.
Room for dessert?
Our new Coupe ‘Frühling’ is a vibrant celebration of the season. This refreshing dessert pairs tangy rhubarb and sweet strawberry sorbets with a luscious strawberry compote, all topped with a delicate candied tuile for the perfect finishing touch.
